Camp David Pecans Policies

When you order from our online store, via email, by phone, or in person, you agree to the following policies.

SHIPPING:

Orders of in stock items generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment with the exception of large orders, and orders placed during pecan harvest season. We will notify you of any delayed shipments. Our pecan butters and sauces are hand crafted in small batches when orders are placed. Due to high demand, please allow 3 days or longer for shipping of pecan butters and sauces. We ship USPS or UPS dependent upon best rate available. Shipping rates are determined by the distance the package will travel from origination point of Millican, Texas.

Camp David Pecans is not responsible for incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages. Customer will be informed of undeliverable/returned packages. At that time, customer may choose to either provide a corrected address and pay the additional postage due, or have the item shipped to themself and pay the additional postage due. No refunds or credits are given for undeliverable orders. Postage paid to the undeliverable address will not be reimbursed by the carrier and thereby will not be reimbursed by Camp David Pecans.

EXCHANGE/CREDIT:

Camp David Pecans' products are perishable and require refrigeration to maintain freshness. Preservatives are not added to any of our products. Purchases should be consumed or refrigerated when received and for as long as some of the product remains. Camp David Pecans does not guarantee the shelf life of products once they are purchased.

In person sales are final as the customer has the opportunity to receive samples and inspect the product before purchasing.

Online sales occur on our online store platform at CampDavidPecans.com. Camp David Pecans does not have a physical storefront where customers may exchange, or return a product that they might have an issue with. Consequently, the following exchange/credit policy applies to our online store.

Camp David Pecans guarantees the freshness and quality of our products when received. If there is an issue with our products you order and receive from Camp David Pecans, please contact us at info@CampDavidPecans.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will take the appropriate action to replace the item or issue a credit for an equal value replacement product of the original purchase price only. Please include in your email your name, address, phone number, a detailed description of your issue, invoice number, item, picture of the issue with the product and date ordered. Delivery of replacement product will only be made to the original address confirmed by Camp David Pecans’ shipping and transaction records. Any replacement or credit issued will not include original or replacement shipping cost. We reserve the right to issue or not issue product replacement/credit.
